Non-Digital Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at admin@peebeebabyyy.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
At our discretion, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund. To qualify, the item must remain unused, unworn, and in the original condition in which it was received.
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds:

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
Refunds for digital products will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Order Accuracy
During checkout, customers have the opportunity to review their order before submitting payment. Orders are processed exactly as submitted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct size, color, quantity, and item have been selected.
Returns
At this time, It's PeeBee, Babyyy LLC does not accept returns. Returns will only be considered if an incorrect item was shipped due to our error. Please ensure that the incorrect item remains unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. Once your request has been approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Then, we will promptly ship the correct item to you and send the tracking information via email.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for apparel items only and are subject to inventory availability. Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery by contacting us at admin@peebeebabyyy.com.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been washed, worn beyond trying on, stained, damaged, altered, or exposed to odors or pet hair. Original tags and packaging, if applicable, must remain intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the original item has been received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped. Any price differences are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, It's PeeBee, Babyyy LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate any claims.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or card issuer.
